It's been a well-known fact that tomatoes are high in antioxidants and can help prevent cancer. I like tomatoes, but I'm not crazy about eating them just by itself without it being in a hamburger or something. Here is a little regimen I'd like to share - it's so easy to do and oh so good for you.You're going to need a blender or mixer.
Each morning I take 5 little tomatoes (from Trader Joe's) and blend it into a mixer with fresh squeezed orange juice and flax seed. Blend it well so it's like a juice and drink. It's really good actually. Then when I get home I will cut up some strawberries and blueberries (another superfood) and blend to make another drink. It actually keeps me kind of full and I figure it's packed with good stuff. Try it, it's so easy to do and so good for you!
