Why is it that some people never change lanes from the fast lane even when there are cars behind them going fast? Rude!

It bugs when I hear people on their cell phones inside stores and public places. Can't you do that crap when you're driving or something? Sheesh, I don't need to hear what happened Friday night after the club.
What bugs me worse than that is that crying kid throwing a tantrum in the store and the mother continues to shop.
