Men and TV

I hate to admit it, but Dan and I fight about the TV. Here are the differences between us, as man and woman, and I would like to believe that I'm right.

Me: I like to watch ONE channel, preferably on the DVR.
Him: He likes to watch 3 or 4 channels at once, flipping through commercials, missing most of all the shows anyway and knowing exactly when to change it right when it starts to get interesting. (Thanks!)

Me: I'm quietly watching. Quietly.
Him: Shouting and cursing at the TV, sports-related or non. (For the last time, they can't hear you!)

Me: I hate commercials and watching non-recorded shows.
Him: Will never watch sports that's recorded. (So what? Don't get tempted to find out who won and it's like a shiny new game!)

Am I wrong?

Funny!

I've gotten in a couple of quarrels with Geoff because he'll change the channel during a commercial, and I'll freak out because it's during the finale of some series.

Me: we're going to miss the show!
Geoff: no we won't, calm down!
Me: just watch the damn commercial!
Geoff: we're not going to miss anything!
